The Minister of Education said The government has closed all educational institutions in the country since last March due to the corona virus. It was no longer possible to take the HSC examination as the leave was extended from time to time. However, the results of HSC examination are published on the basis of SSC and JSC results. However, due to Corona this year, no decision has been taken yet on when the SSC and HSC exams will be held.

In an interview on August 12, the Education Minister said that it has not been said yet when the SSC examination will be held. However, if the school college opens in September, the SSC examination will be taken in October. Otherwise the test results will be published on the basis of assignment. Regarding this year’s HSC examination, the Minister said that at present the activities are being carried out on the basis of HSC assignment. However, if it is possible to open the college in September, the HSC examination will be taken in November. If not, the government is thinking of alternative ways.
Though the SSC and HSC exams were scheduled to be held in February this year, the exams were not held on time due to the prevalence of corona. As a result, more than 5 million students are spending their days in anxiety.
